Bio of Fabio Casati:
Professor of Computer Science at the University of Trento.
Fabio got his PhD from Politecnico di Milano in 1999. After that, he joined HP Labs, Palo Alto (1999-2006) where he has done research on workflows, web services, data warehousing, and business process intelligence.
Since 2006 he is professor at the University of Trento where he is doing research in business activity monitoring/analysis with particular focus on e-government, as well as working in process space management systems and in innovative publication and review models.
He is member of the editorial board of ACM TWEB and has acted as program chair, industrial chair, or in other officer positions in many conferences including ICDE, ICSOC, BPM, ICWE, and CEC/EEE.
