The CompatibleOne project identifies, aggregates and integrates leading open source technologies into a rich and comprehensive 'cloudware' stack. CompatibleOne is developing a meta-model-based framework for the abstraction of the configuration, management and integration of these technologies. This 'cloudware' framework, based on open, common standards and leading open source technologies, will offer cloud builders the greatest possible interoperability.
CompatibleOne is a collaborative project, funded and supported by French institutions. The project members include industry and academic leaders, innovative technology start-ups and a world-renowned open source community.
The CompatibleOne project outputs will be offered under an OSI compliant open source license and the code distributed via the OW2 Consortium software forge as part of the OW2 Open Source Cloudware Initiative.
The project was approved for funding on 27th April, 2010 and the kick-off meeting was held on 4th November, 2010.

PAIRSE address the challenges of heterogeneity and efficient query-processing for the need of
data sharing in P2P environments, by advancing a web service-based approach and by taking into account
the data privacy dimension. To the best of our knowledge, a service-based approach for data integration
has not been explored yet and very few works have been proposed to take into account the data privacy
needs when data are shared. In this proposal, the access to the data sources will be performed by a new
class of web services called: Data-Providing Web servise (DP) which are different from the traditional web
services named Effect Providing Web services (EP), in that their invocation only returns data but does not
have effects that may change the surrounding environment. Assuming that autonomous information
systems expose their data in the form of DP services and specify a set of privacy policies to protect
sensitive and confidential data, and given a user query expressed in SPARQL query language over an
RDFS ontology, this project will focus on how Web services could be discovered, selected and composed
to efficiently cover the user query.

Le Projet AdContext a pour but d'etudier les aspects lies a l'adaptation du contenu et des services dans le cadre des applications mobiles et plus particulierement de l'apprentissage mobile. Cela couvre le champ du travail cooperatif, les systemes de geolocalisation ainsi que les presentations adaptables multimedia. Compte tenu des divers niveaux d'adaptation de contenu possible pour les applications mobiles, beaucoup de problemes scientifiques et techniques sont suscites notamment ceux lies a la transmission des informations, a la determination du contexte spatial, au filtrage et a la selection du contenu pertinent, au partage, au stockage et a la presentation des informations sur les dispositifs mobiles, normalement contraints en memoire et surface de presentation.

The SemEUsE project specifically aims at providing a context-aware
semantic service architecture addressing both the design phase, thanks
to theoretical context-aware semantic service models and
policy-oriented design patterns, and the runtime phase, thanks to a
Dynamic Semantic Service Bus. This extended service
bus is based on a static and dynamic service composition engine so
that the current execution context and particular requirements
(related, for example, to nomadic constraints) can be continuously
taken into account. A dynamic monitoring system, using
CompositeProbes, will also be connected to the orchestration process
so that QoS aware late binding can be implemented. My role within this
project is to propose and implement a novel approach for integrating
context in service discovery and composition.

AG@PE s'adresse aux PME et aux TPE, a savoir les commerces de proximite, les franchises, les agences, les concessions, les commerces en reseau, les entreprises de services a la personne, les societes de depannage, qui sont des entreprises ayant une valeur economique et sociale tres importante au niveau local et regional. Cependant, pour lutter face a la concurrence des grandes enseignes, celles-ci doivent sans cesse ameliorer la qualite de leurs services, leur reactivite et l'adequation de leurs produits et de leurs services a leur clientele. Pour cela, elles doivent mieux prospecter, servir et suivre leur clients, les fideliser, les assister. Elles doivent egalement se faire mieux connaître, identifier, localiser dans leur zone de chalandise et attirer efficacement et economiquement leur clientele. AG@PE a pour but de leur fournir un ensemble de services de marketing operationnels de proximite, simples a l'usage, accessibles financierement et personnalisables a leurs metiers. Ces services sont destines en particulier a l'activite commerciale, marketing et apres-vente de ces entreprises afin d'ameliorer leur productivite et leur efficacite avec des outils simples et accessibles utilisant les technologies modernes de communication mobiles, web et geolocalisees, et integres aux processus "metiers" de l'entreprise.

It is an Exploratory Project on Adaptive Services and Usages for Human Learning in the Context of Pervasive Communications. “e-Learning is the present, pervasive-Learning will be the future”. This project has received the "labellisation" from the Pole de Competitivite 'Industries du Commerce' in the executive committee on May 10th 2006.
The main goal of the p-LearNet project is to explore the potential of Pervasive Communications, for a large and important field of application: human learning , whatever the place, the time, the organisational and technological contexts, of the individual or collective learning process.
